Nash 1700 Deep Hole Drive Mattituck, New York 11952 Dear Mrs. Nash: The following action was taken by the Board of Trustees during their regular meeting held on August 28, 1986 regarding your wetland application. Moved by Trustee Larsen seconded by Trustee Krupski WHEREAS, Marlene R, Nash applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated, June 20, 1986 and WHEREAS said application was referred =o the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recormnendations, and WHEREAS a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on August 28, 1986 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and it is noted for the record that there was no opposition to this project, and WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the projecc as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Marlene R. Nash BE AND HEREBY IS GRANTED PERMISSION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE WETLAND ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, NEW YORK TO install a float 20' x 5' and a walkway 24' x 4' in Deep Hole Creek, Mattituck, property is located at 1700 Deep Hole Drive, Mattituck. This permit will expire on August 28, 1987 if work has not commenced by said date. There are two inspections required and the Trustees are to be notified upon the completion of the work. Prior to the issuance of said permit by the Clerk, the applicant for a permit shall file with the Clerk a certificate that the applicant has public liability znsurance policies insuring against any liability which may arise in the performance of the operations pursuant to such permit in such amount as shall be -2- on August 28, 1987 if work has not commenced by said date. There are two inspections required and the Trustees are to be notified upon the completion of the work. Prior to the issuance of said permit by the Clerk, the applicant for a permit shall file witht he Clerk a certificate that the applicant has public liability insurance policies insuring against any liability which may arise in the performance of the operations pursuant to such permit ~n such amount as shall be fixed by the Trustees, which said policies shall name the Town as a name insured. Please take further notice that this declaration should not be considered a determination made for any other department or agency which may also have an application pending for the same or similar project.
