REQUEST FOR ON-SITE INSPECTION
Ladies and Gentlemen:
Please be advised that we represent Mr. and Mrs. Spyddon Kouzios, the proposed
buyers of the above-captioned property. This is waterfront property and the two properties
on either side are bulkheaded. As we are extremely concerned with erosion protection, it
is our desire to be allowed to bulkhead or provide some other form of protection for the
preservation of the propertry.
In fact, as the unprotected property in the middle, the effect of the other two
bulkheaded properties, in the event of storms, would be to to "funnel" any possible flood-
level waters onto this one. We're certain that this is not anyone's intention.
It is our understanding that, from time to time, you conduct on-site examinations for
these purposes and that your next examination date is set for October 16th. Accordingly,
we respectfully request that you conduct an on-site examination of the above-captioned
property for the purpose of determining whether we would be allowed to bulkhead it or
provide other erosion protection, which would conform to the adjoining properties.
Please confirm the date and time with the undersigned.
