In accordance with our discussions, I am submitting herewith a
[.plan (Penny Lumber, 11/4/92) for the project in which
the )f the top landing has been reduced to 8' x 8', and
the ~ landing has been relocated landward of the edge of the
bluff.
It is my understanding that the project as now shown in this
drawing does not fall under the jurisdiction of the Trustees.

Dear Sir:
In accordance with our discussions, I am submitting herewith a
revised plan for the project (stairs to the beach) in which
the Size of the top landing has been reduced to 8' x 8'. This
reduces the total area of the project to slightly less than
190 ~qi ft.
It iS my understanding that the project as shown in this
revised drawing does not fall under the jurisdiction of the
Trustees.
