BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of King Street which point of beginning is the
northeasterly corner of the premises herein described and which point is situate South 73
degrees 07 minutes 50 seconds West 246.05 feet from a point formed by the intersection
of the southerly side of King Street with the westerly line of a 33 foot private road forming
the division between premises owned by the party of the first part to the west and premises
owned now or formerly by the Tabor Estate to the East from said point of beginning running
