Osler, as issued on October 25, 1983, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVES the Administrative Amendment to Wetland Permit #1708 for the existing 4'x40' fixed dock with a 4' long ramp to dock; a ladder on southern side of dock; a +/-20"x40" bench and a railing with rod holder at seaward end of dock, and as depicted on the project plan prepared by Scott & Julie Osler, received on May 30, 2014 and stamp approved June 18, 2014. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency.
