The work was done in accordance with my plans and specifications. I offer the following additional notes: The new concrete footings were poured a minimum of 3' below grade. The new concrete foundation walls were poured 8"thick with anchor bolts for sill plates. The tie holes in the concrete walls were parged and the foundation walls and footings were dampproofed below grade. Strapping was provided from sill plate to box beam,box beam to studs and studs to window/door headers(over plywood sheathing). All rafters were strapped to top wall plates with hurricane clips and rafters were strapped over ridges. If you require any other information on my review of the foundation walls and strapping, please contact me. The applicant purchased the parcel after the Zoning Code was in effect and it is presumed that the applicant had actual or constructive knowledge of the limitations on the use of the parcel under the Zoning Code in effect prior to or at the time of purchase. 6.
