Attached please find work plan and photograph of an
existimg bulkhead at the property referenced above.
My client wishes to remove and replace the existing
sheathing while leaving the remainder of the bulk-
head in tact. I trust you will be able vo issue
an exemption for this minor project.

The following action was taken by the Board of Trustees
during a regular meeting held on February 27, 1986.
Resolved that the request for a waiver of the Wetland Ordinance
for Frederick Koehler, Jr. for the construction of a beach
house above the bulkhead on property located in Cutchogue, has
been denied.
You are requested to submit a wetland application fo~
the work to be done. Attached for your convenience is the
application.
If you have any questions, or need additional information,
please do not hesitate calling this office at the telephone
number listed above.

the Mary H. Lockwood property. This property is now owned
by Frederick Koehler, Jr. and it is the present owner's
desire to construct above the bulkhead a beach house.
