Resolved that the request for a waiver of the Wetland Ordinance for Frederick Koehler, Jr. for the construction of a beach house above the bulkhead on property located in Cutchogue, has been denied. You are requested to submit a wetland application fo~ the work to be done. Attached for your convenience is the application.
