Dear Mr. Seideman:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during its regular meeting held on February 22, 1990 regarding the
above matter:
WHEREAS, John H. Geideman on behalf of Robert Koebele applied to the
Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the
Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated December
11, 1989 and,
WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations,
and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect
to said application on February 22, 1990 at which time all
interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and,
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar
with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and,
WHEREAS, theBoard has considered all the testimony and documentation
submitted concerning this application, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will
- no~ affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of
the town,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED that JO~IN H. GEIDEMAN ON BEHALF OF ROBERT KOEBELE BE AND
HEREBY IS GRANTED PERMISSION UNDER THE WETLAND ORDINANCE TO:
Add a 4' X 18' to an existing float 30' x 60' using one additional
pile (no dredging or filling).
This permit will expire two years from the date it is signed if
work has not commenced by said date. Fees must be paid, if
applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of'this
notification. Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to
be notified upon completion of said project.
Please return to the Building Department for a determination on
the need for any other permits which may be required for this project.
Permit will be issued upon payment of the following fees for
work to be done below Mean High Water Mark:

Re: Recommendation of Wetland Applications
The following recommendations were made by the CAC at its meeting of
January 16:
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees approval of Wetland
Application No.12-2-89-117-5-16 and 12-2-89-117-5-12.1 and 12-2-89-117-5-48.1
of William Wickham and Mssrs. Kwit and LOckwood to replace within 18", 5~ I.f.
of existing timber bulkhead on Kwit property; remove and replace in same location
and configuration, 82 I.f. of bulkhead, dredge up to 10' in fornt to maximum
depth of ~' below MLw on Wickham and Lockwood property. Approximately
10 c.y. spoil to be removed and used for backfill.

Motion carried.
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees approval of Wetland
Application No. 12-3-89-35-4-12 submitted by John H. Geideman on behalf of
Robert S. Koebele to add 4' x 18' to an existing float, 30' x 6', using an
additional pile.

RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees conditional approval
of Wetland Application No. 1-1-90-70-10-28.2 of Joseph Perricone to construct
a timber clock consisting of a 4~ x 15' fixed, elevated (4' above grade of marsh)
_walkway; 4' x 14' hinged ramp; two 6' x 12' floats secured by four iron pipes.
Approval is based upon the submission of a site plan by the applicant. Sub-
mitted plan shows locations 'n Carmel and Putnam.
