At the meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held
Thursday, August 2L~. 1995 the following action was taken:

Moved by Betty Wells, seconded by Stephen Angell, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Tow. n Board of Trustees APPROVAL
WiTH CONDITIONS of the Grandfather Permit of GEORGE W. ~I(OCM 31~18-6
to replace all existing deteriorated cedar poles under building that was built
approx. 1932
The Council recommends approval provided applicant uses nay bales and silt
fence around the bulkhead during construction and care be taken not to allow
silt or sediment to wash into the adjacent tidal waters.
