All material types specified on drawings were installed per approved construction drawings. The member sizes met all requirements and specifications noted on approved construction drawings. The spacing of the joist,studs, and rafters met the requirements per the approved construction drawings. All connections and strapping details and specifications were installed and installed per manufacture instructions. No corrections were needed at the time of the inspection. Inspection was approved and installer was instructed to complete the finishing of the screen porch.
