I have called the office three times this summer and spoken to an inspector who said he would call back in two days after looking into the matter. That never happened. I explained that no work has been done in the kitchen area for 15 years. I moved into the house in 2002 and had the old kitchen countertops replaced, pulled up the old linoleum floor and replaced it with a new linoleum floor and had the kitchen repainted. The work was done by Harold's Construction. He is now deceased, the company no longer exists and when I called a family member, was told that they did not keep any of the files from 2002. Damage was done to the house windows facing the water during hurricane Sandy, but no damage occurred to the kitchen area. A permit was pulled to replace the damaged windows, but the kitchen windows 11 Page were not damaged and were not replaced. The house was inspected this summer for the window project and passed inspection. I had the old cedar shakes on the outside of the kitchen area replaced so they would match the rest of the house. The form you sent(attached) had nothing checked off. ,I am not sure what- permits you -are asking for. Please have someone ,call (631-788-7526) after 2 pm any day or write using the-address above and discuss this with me. I have been trying to resolve-this matter since this summer and still am not sure what you want or what I should do.
