The minutes for the November 9, 2017 meeting were approved.
Introduction:
All applicants will give a presentation consisting of drawings, exterior materials
samples and other information required by the Planning Department to the Committee.
The Committee will ask questions and make suggestions as part of a general discussion
with each applicant. Final recommendations from the ARC will be presented to the
Planning Board in the ARC Meeting Minutes, and be made part of the Planning file for
that application. The Planning Board will consider these recommendations, together
with all comments from other agencies, and provide the applicant with a
comprehensive written list of its requested revisions.
Amended Site Plan A plications:
• PURITA WINERY PRODUCTION BUILDING
SCTM# 1000-51-3-5.1
Brian Cummings, Town Planner presented this proposed amended site plan for the
proposed construction of a 40'x89'2" (3,566sq.ft.) addition to an existing 101'4"x89'2"
(9,129sq.f.t) wine production building to expand the current uses of wine production
and storage (not open to the public), totaling 12,695sq.ft. on a 4.48 acre parcel (SCTM#
1000-51-3-5.1), with an existing single family dwelling and nine (9) parking spaces. The
subject parcel is attached to ±21.6 acres of farmland (SCTM# 1000-51-3-4.14) with
Development Rights held by Suffolk County in the AC Zoning District, Southold.
The Committee approves the project as it was submitted today.
Motion made and seconded. All Ayes.

New Site Plan Applications:
• PINDAR STORAGE BUILDING
SCTM# 1000-85-2-9.2
Brian Cummings, Town Planner present the agricultural site plan for the proposed
relocation and construction of a one-story 3,259sq.ft. building for agricultural
equipment storage and no basement, located on 70.4 acres in the AC Zoning District
where there is 7,151sq.ft of existing buildings.
The Committee approves the project as it was submitted today.
Motion made and seconded. All Ayes.
