The minutes for the September 14, 2017 meeting was approved.
Introduction•
All applicants will give a presentation consisting of drawings, exterior materials
samples and other information required by the Planning Department to the Committee.
The Committee will ask questions and make suggestions as part of a general discussion
with each applicant. Final recommendations from the ARC will be presented to the
Planning Board in the ARC Meeting Minutes, and be made part of the Planning file for
that application. The Planning Board will consider these recommendations, together
with all comments from other agencies, and provide the applicant with a
comprehensive written list of its requested revisions.
New Site Plan Applications:

Brian Cummings, Town Planner present the Site Plan for the proposed conversion of an
existing two-story single family dwelling to a 1,296 sq. ft. Professional office on the first
floor and 830 sq. ft. apartment on the second floor with nine parking stalls on 0.7 acres
in the Residential Office (RO) zoning district, Mattituck.
The Committee reviewed the application and recommends that the existing trees be
maintained on the property.
The Committee approves the project as it was submitted today.
Motion made and seconded. All Ayes.

Brian Cummings, Town Planner presented the Site Plan for the proposed conversion of
an existing two story 5,195 sq. ft. storage building into wholesale/retail beverage
distribution, office and storage on 1.1acres in the General Business (B) Zoning District,
Laurel.
The Committee recommends that the applicant match the red barn color and grey roof
color if repainting the building. The Committee also recommends that as many trees
and wooded areas as possible be maintained on the property.
The Committee reviewed the application and approves the project as it was submitted
today.
Motion made and seconded. All Ayes.
