RE: Request for Waiver
Dear Ms. Klein:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during
its regular meeting held on March 22, 1990:
RESOLVED that the Town Trustees approve your request for a waiver to
add a 16' x 20' deck to an existing house
The property is located at 485 East Legion Avenue, Mattituck, NY,
adjacent to James Creek.
Please return to the Building Department for a determination on the
need for any other permits which may be required for this project.

On a motion by Stephen Angell, seconded by Margaret Feeney, it
was
RESOVLED to recomend To the Southold Town Trustees APPROVAL
of the Waiver Request submitted by K~t,h~ri~e ~t~in to add a deck
to her house.

Vote of Council: Ayes: All
Motion carried.
Re: Waiver Request of Paul Katz
The CAC is in receipt of a letter to Mr Katz from the Trustees,
dated March 15, 1990 stating that an application is required.
The Council will commen5 upon the project after receipt of the
application.
Re: Chardonney Woods
The CAC made an inspection of the pro3ect and found several problems
existed. The pro3ect will definitely need a wetland application
The road goes through the wetlands; road runoff goes into the
wetlands; members believe that the south west corner of the marsh
(possibly lot 6 or 9) was filled along with the road.
