Klein 2 Bouton Place Huntington, NY 11743 RE: James Klein - Permit ~3929 Dear Mr. Klein: The Southold Town Trustees in granting a wetland approval for your property on East Legion Road were most pleased to see a lot merger with a well thought out low impact landscaping plano However, the Board and Conservation Advisory Council are most concerned that the existing sanitary system be upgraded and located a maximum distance from the creek. Although not specifically requiring a new system in your wetland permit, Trustees would highly recommend you contact the Suffolk County Health Department for the information on what would be required to upgrade your sanitary system. Typically the sanitary system you now have has a limited life-span and you may wish to install a new one to avoid future damage to your landscaping. Very truly yours, John M.
