CAC File On a motion by John Holzapfel, seconded by Margaret Feeney, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees disapproval of Wetland Application No. 6-1-90-78-4-45 submitted by Land Use Company on behalf of Corey Creek Association to install a 4' x 35' catwalk leading to a 3' x 10' ramp, 6' x 140' float with seven (7) 4' x 18' fingers and 30 mooring piles. An existing "L" -shaped 2' x 55' catwalk and 4' x 10' float to be removed. Catwalks to be elevated over existing tidal wetland area and facility would be for the property owners of Corey Creek Estates only. On a motion by Bruce Loucka, seconded by Margaret Feeney, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees disapproval of Wetland Application No. 5-3-90-117-5-31 submitted by John H. Geideman on behalf of Joseph Fudiinski to excavate to create a small boat basin (pleasure craft), and place spoil on owner's land close to site.
