The existing dock is longer than what was permitted in Wetland Permit #1868. The following action was taken at the Southold Town Board of Trustees regular meeting held on Wednesday, November 13, 2024: RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees DENIES the request for a Transfer of Wetland Permit#1868, as issued September 10, 1984, from Thomas Killip to Daniel & Lorraine Cataldo due to the fact that the dock is longer than what was permitted.
