Box 197 Peconic, NY 11958 RE: STRITZLER FAMILY TRUST 955 SOUNDVIEW AVENUE, MATTITUCK SCTM# 1000-94-1-8 Dear Mr. Stoutenburgh: The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of Trustees at their Regular Meeting held on Wednesday, November 14, 2018: WHEREAS, Environment East Inc., on behalf of STRITZLER FAMILY TRUST applied to the Southold Town Trustees for an Amendment to Wetland Permit#91-3'Under the provisions of Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated September 27, 2018, and, WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council and to the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program Coordinator for their findings and recommendations, and, WHEREAS, the LWRP Coordinator issued a recommendation that the application be found to be Consistent with the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program policy standards, and, WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standards set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, 2 NOW THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the Amendment to Permit#9153 to construct additions to the landward side of the dwelling consisting of a 366sq.ft. screened porch with steps to ground; a 190sq.ft.`covered deck with steps to ground; 160sq.ft. of steps or walkway; and a 94sq.ft. mud room; and as depicted on the site plan prepared by Studio a/b Architects, dated September 27, 2018, and stamped approved on November 14, 2018.
