Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known and designated as Lot No. 25 on a certain map entitled "Map of Sterling
Manor" and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 17, 1873 as Map
No. 53, said lot being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Bridge Street, distant 44.75 feet
westerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of
Sterling Place with the southerly side of Bridge Street, said point of beginning is
