BEGINNING at a concrete monument at the intersection of the southerly side of King
Street with the easterly side of First Street;
RUNNING THENCE South 82 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds East along the southerly
side of King Street a distance of 123.13 feet to a tie line along the approximate high water
line of Peconic Bay;
THENCE South 11 degrees 24 minutes 14 seconds East along a tie line along the
approximate high water line of Peconic Bay a distance of 33.96 feet;
THENCE North 82 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds West along the lands now or formerly
of New Suffolk Waterfront Fund, Inc. a distance of 134.32 feet to a concrete monument
