My client just closed on the property and we had requested to transfer the permits. permit 483-written application 2/8/31/88 4"x 75'with 4'x 48'T- 'W x 125'total length" Drawings by Strang, architect,show 4'x 70'with 4'x 40 T also Trustees amended application (with waiver)-adding 10' amended to 80' length. The T or L was not installed since the season is almost over. this is a seasonal dock which comes out of the water every season.. a prior Survey in the Trustee's file shows an %"...this end has been both a T and an L I had my client measure the existing dock and it measures 84'x 4 (the clients would like the T to be an "L" next season)...prior permits were approximate measurements so this is consistent with permits issued. The existing permit should be transferred so we can continue to maintain the seasonal dock. An existing "L" -shaped 2' x 55' catwalk and 4' x 10' float to be removed. Catwalks to be elevated over existing tidal wetland area and facility would be for the property owners of Corey Creek Estates only. The CAC recommends disapproval because of concern over the sewage discharge and chemicals from the amount of boats. Also it is a valued shellfish area and possible ISSC regulations may cause the area to be closed to shellfishing should this project go through. The CAC recommend the project be declared a Type I action with a,positive declaration that a full EIS be required. End of Corey Creek Lane, Southold Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried. The CAC recommends approval with a stipulation that all runoff be contained. All runoff from the parking lots and adjacent areas be contained by installing drywells in the parking lots.
