buildability of this non-conforming waterfront lot, this office
is unable to answer your questions. The Planning Board office
has no jurisdiction in this matter.
However, your letter will be forwarded to the Building
Department, the Zoning Board office and the~Trustee office.
Personnel there may be able to provide more assistance. The
