law and next of kin, party of the first part, and

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar and No Cents ($1.00)and
other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon.erected,
situate, lying and being at Horton's Point, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and descrived
as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the southwesterly line of Lighthouse Road, 418.85 feet northwesterly along said
southwesterly line from Soundview Avenue; said point of beginning being the northerly corner of the land of
Reiff; from said point of beginning running along said land of Reiff, S. 49 degrees 54' 00" W. -470.49 feet to the
land of Reise; thence along said land of Reise,N. 41 degrees 51' 30" W. - 120.0 feet to land of Rockefeller;
thence along said land of Rockefeller and along land of Hering, N. 49 degrees 53' 30" E. - 245.94 feet to an iron
pipe; thence along said land of Hering; N. 53 degrees 37'40" E. - 226.72 feet to said southwesterly line S. 41
degrees 11' 00" E. - 105.26 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
