Dear Mr. Cornell:
This letter is a follow up to our conversation of December 5, 2017 during an inspection
of your neighbor's property wherein the Trustees noted your contractor removing a large
oak adjacent to your house. Subsequent inspection showed activity on a fallen locust
tree.
The Board of Trustees hereby grants permission to remove these trees as a safety
measure, noting that there will be little impact on the creek and the environment.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
