THOMAS GREENFIELD, residing at 8681 Wesleyan Drive, #06-01,
Fort Meyers, Florida 33919 and SAMUEL GREENFIELD, residing at
200 W. 145`h Street, Apt, 9, New York, New York 10039, as
Trustees of THE MURRAY GREENFIELD IRREVOCABLE TRUST dated
August 10, 2017 and THOMAS GREENFIELD and SAMUEL GREENFIELD,

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by Deed dated July 25, 1990 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on July 31, 1990
in Liber 11111 at Page 473, the Grantor being the same
person described as the Grantee in said Deed.
Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of the
party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines
thereof;
Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights
of the party of the first part, in and to said premises;
To have and to hold the premises herein granted unto the party
of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the
party of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that the party of
the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except

And the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13
of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will
hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund
to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of

of New York, known and designated as Lots Number 16 to 18 inclusive on a certain Map
entitled "Map of Property of Lida Bartley, Mattituck, LJ.," made by Daniel R. Young
11/19/1921, and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 7/27/1922 as
Map Number 770 said lots when taken together are more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the northwesterly side of
Rochele Place (Salt Lake Lane) (Rochelle Place) with the northeasterly side of Bay
Avenue; RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along the
northeasterly side of Bay Avenue the following 2 courses and distances: (1) north 36
degrees 00 minutes 30 seconds west 155.92 feet(actual) 155.8 feet (map); (2) north 30
degrees 49 minutes 00 seconds west 14.60 feet to land of A. Hanson; RUNNING
