successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, covenants that the party of the first part has not-done or suffered anything

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Bayview,Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated at Lot No. 68 as shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of Harbor Lights
Estates, Section Three", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 08/07/68 as Map No. 5147, more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Brigantine Drive,distant northerly and easterly 801.73 feet form the
intersection of the easterly side of Brigantine Drive with the northerly side of North Bayview Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Brigantine Drive North 58 degrees 23 minutes 10 seconds East, 100.00
feet to the division line between Lot 68 and 69, on said map;
THENCE along said division line, South 46 degrees 36 minutes 30 seconds East, 359.90 feet to the westerly side of
Private Road (Paradise Shores Road);

Harbor Lights Estates, Section One, Bayview,Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y., filed in the office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on June 8, 1965 as Map#4362; said beach area having a depth of approximately 50 feet from the
average high water mark on Peconic Bay and having a length of 900 feet; more or less, as measured along the ordinary
high water mark and said parking area having a frontage on the northerly side of Harbor Lights Drive of approximately
150 feet running westerly along said street from Lot No. 7 and having a depth of not less that 150 feet northerly of Harbor
Lights Drive. The parking area shall be immediately adjacent and contiguous to the beach area herein referred to.
