1. That it is the intention of the undersigned to request a Permit from the Board of
Trustees to:
Remove and replace(in-place)approximately 1941f of existing timber bulkhead with vinyl bulkhead,
remove and replace(in-place)existing+/-8'and+/-19'timber bulkhead returns with vinyl returns,and
backfill with approximately 25 cy of clean sandy fill to be trucked in from an approved upland source;
reconstruct(in-kind/in-place)existing 2'x 3'steps to grade;construct a 10'x 12'on-grade wood deck(with
untreated wood decking);install+/-8 if of stepping stones to existing dock;and establish 8'- 10'wide
non-turf buffer adjacent to reconstructed bulkhead,all as depicted on the project plan prepared by
En-Consultants,dated November 6,2017.
2. That the property which is the subject of Environmental Review is located
adjacent to your property and is described as follows:
1920 Minnehaha Bouelvard,Southold
3. That the-project which is subject to Environmental Review under Chapters
96,111 and/or 275 of the Town Code is open to public comment on:
