at the sale under said judgment, does hereby grant and convey
unto the grantee, all, the right, title and interest which
the said BAYVIEW DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, et al. , the mortgagors
aforesaid, had at the time of the execution or recording of
i said mortgage, it being their interest in said premises
which was so sold and is hereby conveyed, together with all

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in-the at Bayview, near Southold, in the

bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING in the northwesterly corner thereof at a point
in the southerly side of Main Bayview Road, sometimes
called North Bayview Road, distant south 64 degrees 07
minutes east as measured along the southerly side of said
! Road 12 feet from a monument set in the northeasterly
I corner of land of Sophie Anderson: running thence south
64 degrees 07 minutes east along the southerly side of
said Road 230 feet to the westerly line of other land of
William Victoria and Regina G. Victoria; running thence
the three following courses and distances along land
last mentioned, to wit: (1) south 25 degrees 53 minutes
west 250 feet to a corner; (2) 64 degrees 07 minutes
east 110 feet to the center line of a channel or boat
basin leading southerly into Corey Creek; (3) south 1
degree 00 minutes west along the center line of said
channel or boat basin 397. 48 feet to the highwater mark
of Corey Creek; running thence the six following courses
and distances along said highwater mark of Corey Creek

separates premises herein described from the premises
of Sophie Anderson, the distance of 1069.48 feet to
the point or place of BEGINNING.
Being the same premises conveyed to the mortgagor
by deed dated June 23, 1971 from William Victoria and
Regina G. Victoria and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk' s
office, on July 1, 1971 in Deed Liber 6957 c.p. 323.
I Subject to the reservation and agreement relating
i to the maintenance of the channel or boat basin, to the
covenants and restrictions and the transmission line
easement set forth in the above mentioned deed.
