They will be looking at the bluff right next door for bluff stairs, I will ask them to take a look at this property from the property they are going to. Just so they can see it in case that will be of some assistance as we move forward. Sorry to hear, we are having a few bulkhead blow-outs one happened last Thursday with three more days of heavy winds/seas to follow. Unfortunately,you must apply for new permits if you are going to build a new iron bulkhead. It will be a wetland &a coastal erosion permit application. They can come back another time for stairs down bluff and to beach (unless they want to add everything in at once),just get in the rebuild application now. If they need to add fill and reconfigure the bluff please try to figure that into this permit as well. Another unfortunate situation is that the application will have to go onto February's meeting date, we cannot get this onto January as it is too late to publicly notice it for January. Don't'worry about our application deadlines for the emergency,just get us the completed application as soon as possible or by January 25th. if I get it by then I can hold off on the Feb. public noticing and add it. February field inspection is Wed. Feb. 7th. the public hearing is Wed. Feb. 14. Is there a way to shore it up for a month? we can issue an emergency permit to temporarily shore it up until you can get permits. The DEC should be contacted right away as they may take a little longer than us to issue a permit. I have a new owner at this property (was Bruce McDonald) or MacDonald?? had permits in 2012 by Latham anyway; his bulkhead is about to blow. Ian did a temporary fix. ng I need to apply for a steel bulkhead like we did at Paul Lancey ASAP ... 1 so so can I transfer and revise the old permit to save time and money or no? Can I get the old permit no at least to reference? Agena 2
