TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the parties of the first part of, in and to the Main Highway lying ad- jacent thereto and to the center line thereof. SUBJECT to the following covenants and restrictions:- 1. That no building or structure above or below the surface other than a public utility pipe or lines shall be erected or constructed within 20 feet of the Main Highway line and within 10 feet of the easterly and westerly tie lines. 2 . Only one (1) dwelling shall be erected on said lot. That the property shall be used for residential purposes only.
