Interior Ceiling Construction (non-habitable attic/no storage above)
These existing conditions were reviewed during a 7/25/17 site visit.
Although partially dry-walled,there were adequate exposed construction evidence to verify
the concealed space/construction compliance:
A. Rough Framing construction's compliance with IBC-Chp.23,
AWC/ACD-1 &AWC/WFCM requirements and standards.
B. Framing Materials: compliant with IBC,Chp.23, Sect.2303
C.Connections and Fastening Details:compliant with IBC, Chp.23, Sect.2304,
AWC/ACD-1 and AWC/WFCD listed fastening schedules.
D. Fireblocking: compliant with IBC, Chp.7, Sect.718

Please accept this letter as a certification of installed conditions at the UltraMotion facility located at
Unit 17,22355 County Road 48, Cutchogue, NY.
1.Ceiling Insulation:at(above) Production Area&Shipping& Receiving space.
These existing conditionswere noted during a 7/25/17 site visit.
Please note,there were no changes or modifications to the existing thermal envelope of
the building/unit,walls or ceiling.
Newly constructed ceiling above the referenced areas,were insulated with 12"fiberglass
batt insulation(R-38)with plywood cover.
It is important to note:this ceiling construction is not the building's thermal envelope.
Rather, it was added to reduce potential thermal stratification in an other-wise existing
cathedral volume.
Existing(non-habitable) area above the plywood cover remains with-in the original building
thermal envelope.
2. Building Mechanical,HVAC& Distribution Duct Systems.
These existing conditions were noted during a 7/25/17 site visit.
Newly installed HVAC Unit:design load specifications,sizing, installation and distribution
by Mechanical Contractor believe in accordance with IMP& IECC requirements.
