These existing conditionswere noted during a 7/25/17 site visit. Please note,there were no changes or modifications to the existing thermal envelope of the building/unit,walls or ceiling. Newly constructed ceiling above the referenced areas,were insulated with 12"fiberglass batt insulation(R-38)with plywood cover.
