Mr. Palmer (298-8156) has called to complain about the mooring stakes and that he is rebuilding a ramp on the property. I have checked the files, there are permits on 18'x6' dock (1695) and for a bulkhead and dock permit (1696) which was granted under the Grandfather Clause. Please make an inspection of the subject property and advise.
