Please be advised that the Trustees inspected the property on
Wickham Avenue, Mattituck on 2/17/88 and made a tentative
determination of no jurisdiction as long as you keep the house
85' from mhw, preferably 90'. A 50' undisturbed buffer zone, in
accordance with D.E.C. provisions, should be maintained on the site.
You are advised to request a waiver for any work performed in the
50' to 90' area from mhw.
