Lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of August Lane where same is intersected
by the northeasterly line of the "out parcel" as shown on the aforementioned Map with
the southerly side of August Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of August Lane, North 79 degrees 54
minutes 00 seconds East 249.69 feet;
THENCE along an are of a curve bearing to the right having a radius of 90.86 feet a
