BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the north side of North Road and the westerly side of
16.5 foot right of way and the land of the Village of Greenport intersecting said right of way on the east;
RUNNING THENCE South 53 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds west along the northerly side of!North Road,
150.00 feet;
THENCE North 24 degrees 56 minutes 30 seconds west, 976.71 feet to the ordinary high water mark of the
Long Island Sound;
THENCE along said ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound on a tie fine course bearing north 39
degrees 32 minutes 07 seconds east,93.02 feet;
THENCE South 26 degrees 10 minutes 42 seconds east along the land and conveyed by May C. Francisco to
Hannah H.Smith,447.79 feet;
THENCE North 56 degrees 43 minutes 10 seconds east still along the last mentioned land, 50.00 feet to the
westerly side of the 16.5 foot right of way above mentioned;
THENCE along said right of way,the following two(2)courses and distances:
1) South 27 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds east, 16.10 feet;
2) South 25 degrees 17 minutes 30 seconds east, 529.99 feet to the northerly side of North Road at
the point or place of BEGINNING.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said

or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
