The violation ,was the removal of vegetation within 75' of tidal wetlands without a permit. When the Orient-East received this property from Gabriel Latham, the deed included a clause insuring the right of v~ew to any owner opposite the property, (.orth of the Main Road). Therefore we are applying for a permit to continue this work. ~!retary
