Re: Notice of Violation from Bay Constable, Town of
Southold, NY
Dear Sirs:
On January 7,1993, a violation was sent to
the Orient-East Marion Park District/Thomas Murray. The
violation ,was the removal of vegetation within 75' of
tidal wetlands without a permit.
When the Orient-East
received this property from Gabriel Latham, the deed
included a clause insuring the right of v~ew to any owner
opposite the property, (.orth of the Main Road). Therefore
we are applying for a permit to continue this work.
