Town Hall
- Assisted in the Food Drive distribution
- Fall clean up in flower beds
- Trimmed back trees in back parking lot
- Repaired heat
- Ran cable to Justice Court
- Painting replacement door for east end back entrance
- Replaced broken push button lock on office
- Removal and disposal of outdated equipment from basement Tech
area
PCC
- Repaired heat in Room 1 in PCC
- Stripped columns and window frames
- Glazed windows
- Primed & applied 2 coats finish to arch windows
Parks/Beaches/Road Ends
- Back filled holes and voids by north parking lot bulkhead at Klipp
Park
- Installed additional drainage in Pike Street parking lot
- Conducted monthly stair inspection & repairs at road ends
- Brush hogged front field at McFeely’s
- Cut back trails
- Clear downed trees at Mill Road and Stoutenburg properties
Info Booths
- Completed all winterization of both buildings
- Removed fallen tree on Laurel Info Booth property
HWY
- Installed dedication plaque in new building
- Finished construction of new mechanic’s shop
Wildlife Management/ Deer
- Met with Burke Liburt from Orient to discuss future deer census in
2018
- Deer presentation with East Marion Civic Assoc
- Monitored deer properties
- Cleaned up trails on Town properties after storm event
HRC/Katinka
- Replaced hot water heater at Katinka
- Assisted in Resident program removing A/C units with residential
repairperson
- Picked up shelf stable meals in Calverton and stored at HRC
- Repaired leader for the gutter by front door
- Repaired the west ceiling tiles in Katinka bathroom following hot
water heater incident
- Purged broken hot water heater
- Repaired exhaust fan in HRC ladies room
Mechanics/Auto
- Replaced tires/hubs on New Holland tractor
- Moved all equipment, shelving and tools to new Mechanics shop
Installed holiday banners in Southold Village
Repaired electrical damaged during PSEG work on Griffin Road in
Cutchogue
Managed and monitored Deer Management program
Transported deer to Oakdale processing center
Maintained paperwork for program and DEC
