I began at approximately 9:30 A.M. and was admitted to the front entrance by tenant. The building has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bath. I found no violations in this part of the house. The cellar does not have a full foundation - passage ways have been cut through the ground (not retained and no floors) forming access to furnace which is in a cement block pit. Sewer vent terminal through foundation wall has no screen - Section 504h. Opening through foundation for vent terminal not filled up to pipe - Section 302a. Southwest corner of building - shingles broken on bottom course exposing frame work - Section 302b. General overall conditions good. Yard nicely kept and free of obstructions. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage dispcsal--(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey o'f property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3.
