As you will no doubt recall, you have previously visited this property on more than one occasion, including in response to a request for a pre-application meeting I submitted earlier this year in April. Since that time, a site plan for the reconstruction of the existing dwelling has been more fully developed (and now includes -the proposed installation of an innovative/alternative nitrogen-reducing sanitary system); and a more definitive decision has been made with respect to the direction of the proposed shoreline stabilization project.
