This application must be filled in typewriter OR ink, and submitted in triplicate to the Building Inspector with the following; for new buildings or new use: ' 1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal--(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. ~: 4. Yakaitis and Elizabeth M. Yakaitis I am enclosing herewith the following: (1) Applic~kion.for pre-existing Certificate of Occupancy. (2) Print of survey of subject premises. (3) Our check, drawn to your order, in the amount of $5.00 in payment of your charge for pre-existing C. O. I have received from Title Guarantee Company a Certificate of Single and Separate Ownership. However, upon examination of the same, it would appear to me that Mehal Kiross or Metal Kiross and his wife, Mary Kiross, acquired these premises on March 25, 1944. It would also appear that Metal Kiross died on January 31, 1969, and it is possible that Mary Kiross may have predeceased him. The Certificate of Single and Separate Ownership indicates that on April 13, 1976 one Leon V. Calanquin, as executor of the Estate of Mehal Kiross, conveyed subject premises to Amelia Narobe, our present grantor. It also appears from said abstract that on the same date Leon V. Calanquin, as Executor of the Estate of Mehal Kiross, conveyed the adjoining parcel on the North- west to himself. This raises the question in my mind as to whether or not there was single and separate ownership between 1957 and 1976. Would you kindly examine your records and advise me whether or not there was an appeal and variances granted which would recognize subject premises as a valid building lot ?
