I was advised to advise you that the subject property is more than
300 feet from the waters of Great Peconic Bay. Plus the waterfront properties
south of the subject parcel are all protected by well constructed bulkheads.
Enclosed find a copy of the tax map page that shows the subject
property. Unfortunately the scale is quite small for that page.
