the division line between premises herein described and the land now
or formerly of Louis Gildersleeve adjoining on the east intersects
Pike Street and which point is distant 167 feet more or less westerly
from the westerly line of Wickham Avenue) and ru—ing thence along

to land now or formerly of Edward N. Decker; thence along said last

The Party of the Second Part herein takes the property

The purpose of this Deed is to transfer a remainder
interest in the property to the Party of the Second Part and
for the Party of the First Part to retain a life estate in
