ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the southwesterly line of Horton Lane distant
454.83 feet northwesterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the
southwesterly side of Horton Lane with the northwesterly side of Sound View
Avenue, said point of beginning also being where the division line between the
premises described herein and land now or formerly of Weeden intersects the
southwesterly side of Horton Lane;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning along land or formerly of
Weeden, South 33 degrees 27 minutes 40 seconds West, 404.36 feet to a point;
THENCE along land now or formerly of the Town of Southold the following four
(4) courses and distances:
