ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at Arshamomaque, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known and designated as Lot Nos. 7 and 8 on a certain map entitled: "Map snowing
subdivision of property known as Summer Haven belonging to William G. Herz, near Southold,
Suffolk County, New York" filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 5, 1933
as Map No. 1133, which lots when taken together are bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Bayview Avenue distant 50.00 feet
northwesterly as measured along the southwesterly side of Bayview Avenue from the corner
formed by the intersection of the northwesterly side of Bayview Avenue with the southwesterly side
of Bayview Avenue; said point also being where the division line between Lots 7 and 6 on the
above mentioned map intersects the southwesterly side of Bayview Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE along said last mentioned division line, South 52 degrees 30 minutes 00
seconds West, 157.90 feet to a bulkhead along the mean high water mark of Arshamomaque
Pond;
THENCE along said bulkhead and the mean high water mark of Arshamomaque Pond, the
