BEGINNING at a mere stone on the northwest corner of said lot and bounding on a so-called right-of-way leading
from the Alfred Kilborn lot to Hedge Street, said line extends in an easterly direction a distance of one hundred
twenty(120)feet,more or less,to a mere stone;then the line turns to the right and extends in a southerly direction
and runs a distance of eighty-seven and 001100(87.00)feet,more of less,to a mere stone;then the line turns to
the right and extends in a westerly direction and along a stone wall bounding on property of Edna L.Matheson a
distance of one hundred twenty-five and 001100(125.00)feet,more of less,to a mere stone under said stone wall;
then the line turns to the right and runs along said above mentioned right-of-way in a northerly direction a distance
of fifty-seven and 001100(57.00)feet to the point of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed,dated
October 24,1947 and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on October 29,1947 in Liber 2769 page
JbGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the

part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust
fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the
payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.The
word"party"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
