WINTER 2018 BROCHURES:

The brochure was an insert in the November 16 edition of the Suffolk Times. It was delivered to
local area delis, libraries and grocery stores. The brochure was posted on the Town website and
promoted on the Recreation Departments Facebook page. Registration using the on-line system ran
smoothly.
2018 BROCHURES
The schedule for the printings of the brochures and insertion into the Suffolk Times has been

finalized. Registration/insert dates for 2018 will be: March 8, May 10, August 9 and November

15.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH:
We continue to send out regular email blasts through Constant Contact promoting the Recreation
Department programs.
SUMMER 2018 SEASONAL STAFF:
The Recreation Department will be offering the American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification course
this winter. The dates have been confirmed with Peconic Landing and will be promoted through
social media, email blasts and distribution of fliers to local schools, other Towns, park districts and the
village.
RECREATION DEPARTMENT DEPOSITS & EXPENDITURES:
Following are copies of our monthly
bank statement. Please note that any withdrawals on the bank statement are program refunds for
those participants who paid with a credit card.
