The Trustees have determined that no permit will be required at this time, as the work proposed is not within the Trustees jurisdiction. Please note that if in the future, you wish to do work Within the wetland area a premit will be required from this Board. Attached for your information is the section of the Wetland Ordinance pertaining to the wetlands. Subsequent to our meeting, I contacted Mr. Jeffrey Forchelli; managing partner for Long Pond Estates, and he assured me that the correction on replacing fill to the existing contour line would be taken care of as expeditiously as possible.
