Dear Mr. Mohring:
The Trustees reviewed your request for a determination
regarding the above referenced matter at a regular meeting
of the Board held on February 27~ 1986.
The Trustees have determined that no permit will be
required at this time, as the work proposed is not
within the Trustees jurisdiction.
Please note that if in the future, you wish to do
work Within the wetland area a premit will be required
from this Board. Attached for your information is the
section of the Wetland Ordinance pertaining to the
wetlands.
If you have any questions, or need additional infor-
mation, please do not hesitate calling this office at the
telephone number listed above.

Dear Mr. Dzenkowski:
Thank you again for meeting with me in the field
yesterday, November 18, 1986, concerning the grading of
property at Long Pond Estates, Laurel Avenue, Southold,
New York.
Subsequent to our meeting, I contacted Mr. Jeffrey
Forchelli; managing partner for Long Pond Estates, and
he assured me that the correction on replacing fill to
the existing contour line would be taken care of as
expeditiously as possible.
We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in bringing
this matter to our attention.

your concern for Arshamomaque Pond.
We were advised of the situation last week and the
Bay Constable issued a Notice of Violation, attached.
The matter is now under investigation by the Trustees and
the Department of Conservation.
