Dear Mr. Mohring:
Pursuant to your request for a determination of jurisdiction regarding
the above matter, please be advised that the Trustees inspected the site
on January 20, 1988.
It was determined that the Trustees have no jurisdiction, as proposed on
the survey dated November 16, 1987.
However, the existing natural vegetation, on the seaward side of the project
within the Trustees 75' jurisdiction, is to be left undisturbed.
