Bid for Stone Materials
Dear Mr.Bergold:
As I believe you are aware, on.July 28,2015, the Town accepted your bid to provide
stone materials to the Town of Southold. Pursuant to the terms of the accepted bid, the contract
was for a period of two years,with the option of extending the agreement for an additional year
with the consent of both parties.
The Town of Southold is desirous of extending'the terms of the agreement as set forth in
the accepted bid package for the additional year and is hereby requesting your consent to extend
the agreement. If your company would also like to.extend the terms of the agreement as set forth
in the bid package please indicate so by signing below and returning a copy of this letter to me.
