A check for$50 and a property,survey is enclosed. The property previously had stairs,but new bulkheading was a priority.We installed a double-bulkhead which now reduces•the-distance the stairs need-to span,making less of an impact all-around. Given the speed of traffic now along Nassau Point Rd.and the sporadic nature of maintenance/repairs on Nassau Point-right of ways,walking along the road there with the blind spot just south of our home is a_risk we don't want to take at our,age and we're sure you understand why we don't want-our grandchildren on,that road either. We plan to file a permit for stairs,top dressing of the lower bulkhead with sand and having a changing room cabana,built atop the first bulkhead as well. We believe you'll find our double bulkheaded and very well vegetated bluff to be good candidates for the scope of work we have in mind. In addition,with respect to the top dressing of the bulkhead we are confident you'll find- the absence ofbe'ach left at high.tide more than enough reason to allow us to proceed and we look forward to your input re same.
